Young Adult Librarian

Award winning public library located in a suburban community southwest of Pittsburgh seeks an enthusiastic, creative and productive individual to supervise the Young Adult Department. The successful candidate should enjoy working with teens and younger children and have the ability to create innovative programming utilizing the electronic and print resources of the Teen Reading Room. Primary duties include creating, presenting, and managing programs for young adults, collection development, and community outreach.

MLS preferred; individuals actively working towards an MLS will also be considered. Some evening and weekend hours required. Salary negotiable, dependent on qualifications. Competitive benefits package.
